Check out this video from our Ops Team that shows Tristan, our Retail Job Coach, in action, alongside Trainee Cameron. Trainees on the Taimahi programme are taught on-the-job procedures by a Job Coach assigned to each area. Coaches, like Tristan, teach through a mix of scaffolded instruction and one-to-one coaching.
