This past year has been a meaningful chapter in Tagaddod’s journey to build an inclusive, future-ready workforce across our growing UCO collection and trading network. Through our partnership with Challenge Fund for Youth Employment, we’ve created 920+ jobs for youth and women under 35 and increased women’s representation in our workforce to 26%, as well as improving 153 jobs across our personnel. These milestones reflect our commitment to building people-centred operations and ensuring that the energy transition includes real opportunities for the people behind it.
