It’s been a truly amazing 5 years for you Steve Caswell. From Operations Manager thru Operations Director and now Chief Operating Officer. We’ve travelled to pretty much every continent, we’ve emptied skips on the estate, flown first class to Dubai and everything in between. We’ve celebrated wins and shared losses. We’ve hired, fired, fought fires and re-budgeted more times than I care to remember. We’ve drawn up growth plans in a Vegas hotel room and had strategy meetings at the M6 Travelodge.
