TAFE SA are in the midst of a 12-month M365 Copilot artificial intelligence (AI) pilot, which supports nearly 500 staff in a professional development program assisting them to explore what AI means for their day-to-day work. After months of user adoption, some of our "Piloteers" were recently invited to Microsoft's Adelaide office for an AI Agent Workshop delivered by Arinco to design and build cross-functional solutions using Copilot Studio. Working in mixed-discipline groups, our Piloteers used their business knowledge to identify real opportunities for AI agents, rapidly turning ideas into working concepts. Teams pitched their agents to a panel of senior leaders, showcasing not just what they built, but how they thought about value, application and impact. We can’t wait to see these AI ideas evolve further into real-world impact across our business and potentially across the national TAFE and VET sectors.
