The TAFE SA Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care continues to work with the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector through sharing our progress, collaboration and sparking conversation to strengthen the ECEC workforce. Our Acting Executive Director of Academic Development, Victoria Griffith recently joined a panel discussion hosted by the Lillan de Lissa Trust and the Centre for Research in Educational and Social Inclusion (CRESI) - Adelaide University, exploring workforce challenges associated with three-year-old preschool. We also brought together representatives from across the South Australian sector to meet with HumanAbility Ltd and discuss updates to the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30125). Centre Director, Nick Howie, contributed to The Australasian Vocational Education and Training Research Association (AVETRA) conference by highlighting how the Centre employs action research to drive impact, and will soon present first-year highlights and achievements the TAFE Directors Australia (TDA) conference in Brisbane. By continuing to collaborate, share knowledge, and innovate together, weโre building a highly skilled and professional early childhood education workforce for the future. ๐ Visit our webpage to learn more about the Centre of Excellence and subscribe to our e-newsletter to stay up to date with our work: https://bit.ly/4dfFlUs #TAFE #CentresOfExcellence #ECA
