Even in the middle of winter, plants are thriving at our Urrbrae campus 🌱 Thanks to our cutting edge hydroponics facility, horticulture students are achieving incredible results, harvesting lettuce in just three weeks, growing sky high snow peas, and cultivating fast growing tomato vines. It is a space where innovation meets hands on learning. With advanced climate control technology, crops use significantly less water than traditional methods, helping drive smarter, more sustainable farming. We were also proud to welcome long time partners, the Mediterranean Garden Society, to experience the facilities firsthand and see the opportunities available right here in South Australia. 🍅#Horticulture #Hydroponics #Sustainability
