Chefs from around South Australia put their skills to the test at today's Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Award at our Regency campus. 👨‍🍳 Contestants were tasked with creating two serves of a main course featuring lamb as well as a hot or cold dessert of their choice. 🍽️ Today's winner will represent SA at the Australian Culinary Federation Culinary Challenge at Fine Food Australia in Melbourne later in the year.
