A huge shout out to TAFE SA apprentice and Esmay chef Anna Timpano, who recently took out the Best Signature Dish Award at the Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Award! 🙌🏆 Anna wowed the judges with her pan-seared lamb rump, which was inspired by a family recipe and her experience growing up on a farm.
