Celebrating apprentice excellence 👏 We’re proud to recognise Montana Stamp, one of TAFE Queensland’s talented engineering apprentices, who has been named a semi-finalist in the MEGT (Australia) Ltd Early Career Skills Champion Award at the 2026 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards. Throughout her mechanical fitter apprentice journey, Montana has actively contributed to industry conversations, participating in panel discussions to share her experience as a woman in the manufacturing trade. Her passion, dedication, and advocacy have not only elevated her own career but have also strengthened representation and visibility for women in engineering.
