Welcome to TA Europe, Christoph Graf - fantastic to have you strengthen our Frankfurt team!   Christoph supports our Transaction Team and bringing more than a decade of experience in #TechnicalDueDiligence, real estate consulting, and building assessment. Since 2014, he has worked as an expert and advisor, combining his knowledge of real estate valuation, architecture, construction, and building services to assess building conditions, identify defects, and provide clear financial evaluations.   With Christoph, we are adding an other important capability into our European #Transactions team– especially in asset classes where highly specialised knowledge is key (e.g. Healthcare (Clinics) und Logistic). He will play a central role in generating value across the full investment cycle: from acquisition, through transformation / repositioning, up to exit!   After training as an electrical installer, Christoph studied architecture and urban planning in Koblenz.
