PAC 2000A Conad is strengthening its grocery supply chain through advanced warehouse automation at its new distribution center in Montalto Uffugo, Calabria, inaugurated in October 2025. As the largest cooperative within the Conad Consortium, PAC 2000A Conad selected System Logistics to develop a fully engineered turnkey solution capable of combining high storage density, operational continuity and long-term scalability in a high seismic-risk area. The project is based on System Logistics’ FRS technology, a high-density automated storage solution designed to optimize pallet handling and improve operational efficiency. The system features a 5-level automated warehouse with multi-depth storage served by Digibat battery-powered shuttles, integrated with Systore WMS/WCS software to ensure full traceability, optimized flows and maximum process reliability. Thanks to this solution, PAC2000A has enhanced storage capacity, streamlined pallet movements and improved the overall flexibility of its logistics operations, creating a safe, efficient and future-ready infrastructure designed to support the evolving needs of modern grocery distribution. #SystemLogistics
