#EmbracingEmployees❤️ Hello my name is Eloá Castelucci Henke and I’m currently the 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 & 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙡, 𝘼𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖 & 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲? Over 17 years – a very motivating and challenging journey! Started as a bilingual receptionist, then focused my career on Supply Chain. Currently, I find it an exciting challenge to strike a balance of inventory, importation and raw material production for Symrise’s Amazonian Oils and Butters factory. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 I speak 4 languages, love to spend time with family & friends, collecting dictionaries, pens & perfumes, travelling, dancing and teaching at a local university. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 #𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? Respecting people as they are is important to me and one of my family’s core values. Being a part of the CI business is a passion, it is a truly seesaw of emotions, but I would not be the #professional I am today without the opportunities created by the division.
