🚀 Double the talent, double the excitement — employee spotlight: Clemens Schilling and Jens Melcher! 👋👋 What drives their excitement for Symphera and what’s it really like to work with us? We’re delighted to introduce 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, and 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭. 🔧 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬 comes to us with a background in mechanical and medical engineering from the Technical University of Munich and hands-on experience in developing innovative medical devices. At Symphera, Clemens will help shape the future of our next-gen MedTech solution. It’s exciting to be part of this project." 📋 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐬 brings over 15 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality management, and product development. From CE certifications to usability testing and risk analysis, Jens has done it all and always with a strong commitment to patient safety. He works closely with engineering teams to bridge technical innovation and regulatory requirements.
