Behind the scenes – but really essential. There are teams at Henkel whose work is rarely in the spotlight, yet absolutely critical to our daily operations.  One of these is our Infrastructure Services team. They make sure our sites run smoothly – almost like a dedicated team behind a small city. They ensure we have energy. That our buildings and roads are maintained and modernized. That we are safe – thanks to site security and fire services. That our health and well-being are protected. That we are provided with fresh, healthy, and sustainable food and drink options. That events are set up and run seamlessly. And much more... Most of the time, we only truly notice their work when something doesn’t go as planned. But the truth is: without the colleagues, nothing would run. That’s why today, I want to say THANK YOU to this team. For your work, your dedication, and professionalism – and for constantly asking how things can be done better, more efficiently, and more sustainably.
