I was speaking with a clinical site contact recently who shared a frustrating truth: managing multiple software systems makes trial participation incredibly difficult, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿. It highlighted a major challenge in our industry. We’ve all seen the polished presentations promising a "𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺", only to inherit a 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 behind the scenes. This history of over-promising has left teams deeply skeptical, making it harder than ever to demonstrate the benefits of genuine, modern architecture. In my latest article, "𝘉𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘶𝘻𝘻𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴", I explore this 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝘃𝘀-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝗽 and share my perspective on how we can rebuild trust through radical transparency. Check out the full piece below. I’d love to know your thoughts: Have you encountered this "unified fatigue" during software evaluations? 👇 #eClinical #ClinicalTrials #Technology
