We Are Hiring: Business Development Executive (Tier-A Candidates Only) Companies: PRO EPCC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) & HP Packaging Material Trading LLC (Industrial Packaging Solutions) Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence within the Engineering, Construction, Industrial Supply, and Packaging Materials sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans across both PRO EPCC and HP Packaging Material Trading LLC. Identify, engage, and onboard Tier-A clients across government, semi-government, and leading private sector entities. Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and tender follow-up to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. Build partnerships with contractors, consultants, developers, EPC firms, and industrial buyers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, proposal submissions, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights for market penetration, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting. Candidate Profile Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development within EPC, industrial trading, or packaging materials. Strong network across Tier-A clients in the UAE (DEWA, EMAAR, ADNOC, DP World, DMCC, major contractors & developers). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
