Last week we hosted our annual Heads of Learning Meeting at our Zurich HQ. Over four days, training leaders from across our global network aligned on priorities for 2026, shared best practices, and reinforced our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. A highlight was a visit to Zurich’s GROW Smart Trainer ramp training facility, where hands-on learning prepares new colleagues for real operations, including: ✅ Dedicated ramp training tailored to real operational scenarios ✅ Two full days of training for every new ramp colleague during onboarding ✅ Building safety, readiness, and consistent performance from day one Through continuous learning and standardized training, we’re strengthening our teams and supporting safe, reliable operations across 280+ airports worldwide.
