At Weiling GmbH, this setup supports day-to-day operations and contributed to doubling its revenue in the dry goods segment. As one of Germany’s leading organic wholesalers, Weiling needed to handle a growing product range while maintaining efficiency. Together with Swisslog, they implemented an AutoStore system integrated with a high-bay warehouse. The system was introduced in phases, starting with 37 robots and scaling to 61 as requirements increased. Today, it provides high-density storage alongside a high-bay warehouse with capacity for around 6,300 pallets.
