👀 Where and for what is steel used here? In aerospace, steel is used in landing gear, engine components, highly loaded parts and mechanical connections. It is also used in selected standard components and in parts exposed to fatigue, pressure, temperature changes and repeated load cycles. For these applications, special steel grades with high purity and reliability are essential. 🧡 Why does steel make the difference here? Because aircraft components have to perform under extreme conditions. During takeoff, enormous weight is accelerated to hundreds of kilometres per hour within seconds. That means intense mechanical stress, heat and pressure. Steel makes the difference because it delivers the strength, durability and safety these parts need. ☹️ What would happen without it? Without high-quality special steel, critical components would become less reliable under fatigue and cyclic stress. Wear could increase, connections could weaken and safety margins could be reduced. And in aerospace, there is very little room for compromise. Every material has to do exactly what it is designed to do - again and again, under demanding conditions. In critical applications, special steel remains irreplaceable. ✨ That’s why steel matters.
