Our CCO Heike Birlenbach will leave SWISS in September.     After 36 years within the Lufthansa Group and nearly three years at SWISS, our Chief Commercial Officer Heike Birlenbach will leave the company in September.   During her time at SWISS, she has helped sharpen our premium positioning and driven important initiatives for the future of our airline. From introducing SWISS Senses and advancing our customer strategy to strengthening partnerships and accelerating digital services, her impact has been felt across many areas of the company.   Thank you, Heike, for your dedication, your leadership and your passion for SWISS.
