What kind of work would inspire you to stay and grow for more than 25 years? For Bobo Leung, our Head of Community Relations and Engagement, the answer began with trust and empowerment. Early in her career at Swire Properties, she was entrusted with establishing the Swire Properties Community Ambassadors programme — a bold step at a time when corporate volunteering was not even budding. What began with 43 volunteers has since grown into a network of more than 5,000, as the programme marks its 25th anniversary this year. As a Caring Culture MAKER, Bobo’s story reflects the power of trust, purpose and growing together over time. It also speaks directly to the ambition of our People Pillar under SD 2050 — to build workplace culture where our values are lived out to help people grow and thrive.
