At our 3rd biennial Technical Forum in Shanghai, over 110 experts from our technical, property management, leasing and sustainability teams came together under the theme “Embarking on SD 2050: Towards Smart and Sustainable Communities” to exchange ideas & solutions and advance our shared sustainability vision. 3 Highlights at a Glance: • Prof. Lin from Tsinghua University shared how microclimate-responsive design and psychological adaptation can enhance outdoor thermal comfort. • The award-winning PEDF power system, first piloted at Taikoo Li Sanlitun and shared at our 2023 Forum as a case study, is now being scaled at Taikoo Li Xi’an, Pacific Place and Citygate in HK, showing how innovation can create wider impact when built to scale.
