Sustainability partnerships create real business opportunities. Since Swire Properties first launched its Business Partner Sustainability Programme in 2024, we have been supporting our suppliers in tracking their ESG data, enhancing their transparency and identifying ways to improve their sustainability performance.   In 2025, Advance Engineering, our strategic partner in construction and engineering services, has become our first supplier to complete an EcoVadis Sustainability rating assessment and secure a Sustainability Improvement Loan from HSBC, a demonstration of how continuous ESG improvement can bring real business benefits, including access to sustainable financing, while advancing best ESG practices across the built environment.
