Earlier this week our Chief Executive, Tim Blackburn, joined our team in Beijing for an exclusive exchange session with legendary architect Lord Norman Foster, Lady Foster and his team at Foster + Partners.  The conversation explored a wide range of ideas around creating sustainable places, from integrating cultural value and conserving local heritage, to designing vibrant and climate‑responsive public spaces, all of which are shaping projects across our development portfolio.  What stood out most was a shared belief in placemaking and sustainability - creating spaces that are not only ambitious in vision, but also deeply connected to their context, nature, culture and communities.     We are excited to continue the dialogue and exchange of ideas with Lord Foster and his team at Foster + Partners to inspire our team across several new development projects, including Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan in Shanghai, as well as Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House in Bangkok.      Foster + Partners #SwireProps #SwirePropsPlaces #Placemaking
