INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup protein powder (certified for sport) 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp ground flaxseed 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter 3 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla Holiday sprinkles of choice for rolling INSTRUCTIONS Combine dry ingredients first, then mix in wet ingredients. Roll into balls (makes about 12-14) and then roll each one in sprinkles to coat. You can double the almond flour if you don’t have protein powder. You can also try sun butter if you have a nut allergy, although we have only tried these with almond and peanut butter! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
