Building a global technology takes a global team. At #SwavePhotonics, it's not uncommon to hear five different languages before your first coffee of the day. Today, more than 20 nationalities are represented across our team of around 50 people. Yesterday, we were happy to welcome another one as our new Italian Field Application Engineer joined the team. Different backgrounds. Different experiences. Different ways of thinking. That's one of the things that makes working at Swave so special. Innovation happens when talented people bring diverse perspectives to the table, challenge one another, and approach problems from entirely different angles. Building holographic display technology is a complex challenge. Having a team with such a rich mix of cultures and viewpoints helps us see that challenge in new ways every day.
