Why do so many talented designers stay invisible? No, really. Is it lack of skill? Lack of opportunity? Or are we just so buried in site visits, client calls, BOQs, and deadlines that we forget to step out and be seen? 📍 At Elev8 Exhibition hosted at Atma House, I kept thinking about this. When your work is printed, mounted, and placed on a wall no pitch, no explanation it either speaks or it doesn’t. And that’s a confronting feeling. 📍 We spend years perfecting layouts, materials, lighting details. But how often do we ask: What is my design voice? Would someone recognize my work without seeing my name? Am I building a portfolio or building a perspective? 📍 Seeing our sheet represent SPACETHEORY THEORY among designers from across India was a proud moment. But more than pride, it made me curious. Are platforms like this just about exposure? Or are they reminders that visibility is part of the craft too? If your best project stood alone in a room full of talent would it hold its ground?
