Bridging Global Talent to Germany's Workforce Germany is facing one of the greatest labor market challenges in its history. As the baby boomer generation retires, the country needs around 400,000 skilled workers every year to fill vacancies and sustain economic growth. The shortage affects both vocational professions and highly qualified academics. As a native Egyptian, I am passionate about contributing to this solution by building bridges between global talent and the German labor market. One of my current projects focuses on collaborating with German organizations in Egypt to prepare and support young professionals who aspire to build their careers in Germany. The initiative goes beyond recruitment. It aims to identify talented individuals, support them through language and cultural preparation, and connect them with German employers who urgently need qualified employees. By creating sustainable pathways for international talent, we can help address Germany's workforce shortage while opening new opportunities for young people in Egypt. In an increasingly globalized world, connecting talent with opportunity is not only an economic necessity—it is also a powerful way to foster international cooperation and mutual growth. I am proud to contribute to this mission and to be part of building a stronger future for both Germany and Egypt. #TALENTnet #HBRS #AHKkairo #AHKEgypt #bridge2success #DAAD #Fachkräftemangel #Ägypten #GIZ #Kairo #Interkulturellesmanagement #LebenundArbeiteninDeutschland #SkillsforGermany
