But nobody told me the real job would involve: • Handling unclear stakeholders • Asking the “right” questions • Following up 5 times for one small confirmation. • Managing meetings that go off-track • Reading between the lines • Knowing when NOT to speak • Turning chaos into clarity • Explaining technical things in simple language • Following up without sounding annoying A good Business Analyst is not just a documentation person.
