The new operating model will simplify the organisation through clearer accountability and more efficient ways of working. As communicators, our role is to create clarity during change. Change on this scale naturally raises questions and uncertainty, and our role is to help colleagues understand the direction and rationale behind the decisions. We also play an important role in supporting our people leaders as they lead their teams through change and in enabling effective line communication throughout the organisation.
