Bain Capital, a private investment company, has acquired Apleona Group (“Apleona”), a European provider of integrated facility management, from PAI Partners, a private equity company. We supported Bain Capital with comprehensive buy-side services, especially with financial, pension, and tax due diligence (DD), advice on tax structuring and tax modelling, as well as SPA review.
