Yesterday we had a “poolside” chat with Gensler co-CEOs, and here are a few of my key takeaways: You can choose your own adventure, trace your own path, and that leadership is a team sport, not a title. Elizabeth Brink At every stage of your career, stay curious and find your own voice. Jordan Goldstein Build your own informal board of advisors—people you trust, both inside and outside the firm. They even shared their “Roman Empire” It was great to have them back in our London office. Celebrating that Gensler has now surpassed the 7,000 employee mark… what an incredible milestone!! I can’t believe the last visit was two years ago! And of course, great to see the England jersey make another appearance 🙌🏻
