The San Mateo County Sustainability Department is hiring a Senior Sustainability Specialist to lead implementation of the Community Climate Action Plan for the unincorporated areas. This person will work on phasing out fossil fuel equipment in buildings at scale, transitioning to clean transportation, supporting climate-beneficial agriculture and carbon sequestration, and reducing waste.
