I’m going to say this honestly—my last role tested my confidence in ways I didn’t expect. While there were some great people, the environment itself wasn’t aligned with the kind of culture I believe in—one built on respect, professionalism, and teamwork. It was a challenging experience, but it reinforced something important: I know my value, and I won’t settle for less than an environment that reflects it. Today, I’m in a completely different place—and it shows.
