Work culture and society often prioritise “productivity” over sleep. Not only do we feel the immediate consequences of poor sleep the next day 😖, but we’re yet to acknowledge that chronic poor sleep increases the risk of practically every co-morbidity under the sun. If we want to life long, healthy lives and have the energy to pursue our goals everyday, we need to start at our foundation, our sleep. However, despite knowing this, prioritising good sleep habits in our everyday lives can feel hard and like a lost cause, but I believe it shouldn’t be. That’s why I founded CircaSleep, to raise awareness on the importance of good consistent sleep and create simple solutions that work with your body naturally, adding to your life without subtracting.
