We are all the Colours: A reflection on Growth, Connection & Farewell In our careers, we don’t just complete projects we evolve, connect, and uncover deeper layers of ourselves and others. During my time at TOP Management Consultants, I’ve journeyed through every colour of the DISC spectrum, not as fixed traits, but as living experiences shaped by collaboration, challenge, and quiet transformation. This poem is a tribute to that journey. To the introverts and the bold voices. To the laughter, the silence, the resilience. To the lessons that no tool can measure, and the people who made it all meaningful.
