It was a privilege to participate in the Annual Meeting of the United Nations Oversight Advisory Committee Network organized by the United Nations Independent Audit Advisory Committee jointly with the host Universal Postal Union in Bern this week. We sorely missed the Chairman of the IAAC Imran Vanker, who passed away in an accident the previous week, but had perfected the preparation for the meeting! One of the key achievements of the meeting was to adopt a Terms of Reference for the Network. Additional privilege was to co-chair the meeting with the UPU Deputy Director General Marjan Osvald.
