We are pleased to announce the acquisition of two established shopping centers: Le Isole Shopping Center in Gravellona Toce, Piedmont, and Centro Commerciale Buonvento in Benevento, Campania. These acquisitions mark another important milestone in our Italian growth strategy, further strengthening our portfolio with high-quality retail destinations in attractive regional markets. Together, the two centers offer more than 35,000 sqm of gross lettable area, over 100 retail units, and serve as vibrant hubs for shopping, dining, and community life.
