Handle daily customer complaints and related issues. 2. Maintain technical training documentation. 3. Provide installation, operation, maintenance, and training guidance for customers. 4. Manage spare parts operations within the assigned region. 5. Perform on-site equipment repair and maintenance within the assigned area. 📌 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation or a related field. 2. Working experience in the photovoltaic (solar) industry or power electronics industry is required. 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Capable of guiding product installation and troubleshooting. 5. Strong ability to work under pressure and occasionally work overtime. 6.
