This is breakfast on BA on some European routed and intra UK. A lot of postings from many airlines about special menus from expensive chefs who would themselves surely cringe if forced to eat the results of their menus when served at 30,000 feet. In the morning on an early flight lasting a matter of a small amount of hours we want something that fills us up, is tasty and quick to serve. If we arrive at the airport knowing we have this on the journey well we are happy and can handle the process and not have to grab something in a hurry on the ground. Consistency and reliability. A special note to BA though who even as you read this for some unknown reason they are thinking about doing away with this on some routes. Just to let you know that there is a big demand for these breakfasts and if we wanted no breakfast and toilet facilities we would go on easyjet.
