Career Break for Independent Project: Farmhouse Setup & Operations

Hiring decisions can vary significantly from one organization to another. A strong hiring process focuses on a candidate's current skills, experience, and potential—not just past interview outcomes. I've noticed that sometimes candidates who interviewed a year or two ago are screened out based solely on old feedback, without being given another opportunity to demonstrate how they've grown. In today's fast-changing job market, professionals can gain new skills, take on bigger responsibilities, and become much stronger candidates over time. Every interview should ideally evaluate the candidate as they are today, not as they were years ago. Many talented professionals may miss excellent opportunities simply because their profile is judged on historical feedback instead of their current capabilities. What are your thoughts? Should companies give previously rejected candidates a fresh opportunity after a significant gap, especially if their experience and skills have evolved? I'd love to hear your perspective. #Hiring #Recruitment #HR #TalentAcquisition #Careers #Leadership #RecruitmentProcess #HiringPractices #ProfessionalGrowth
