Most trade fair budgets get spent on three things: booth, travel, swag. Most teams underthink the third. Merch is the only one of the three that travels home with the visitor. It is also the cheapest to get right and the easiest to get wrong. We built a B2B trade fair merchandise strategy for 2026. Pre-event sourcing, on-site distribution, post-event reorder.
