Sunday Afternoon is Hiring! Sunday Afternoon is looking for a Senior Designer who's as comfortable shaping a brand world as they are sweating the details of a type system. You'll work across brand identity, visual systems, and art direction for clients big and small, from early concept through final execution.  You have a strong point of view on image-making. You know how to define the photographic and visual language that makes a brand feel like somewhere, not just something, and you know how to build that into a system that holds up across seasons, channels, and executions. You're a concept-first thinker who translates strategy into ideas with real creative ambition. You define visual territories with clarity and conviction, setting the mood, tone, casting direction, and compositional logic that become the foundation of a brand rather than the decoration of a campaign. You present well, think independently, and know how to bring junior designers along with you. You're not precious about the work but you care deeply about it. And you're excited to contribute to a studio where the culture, the craft, and the clients all push you to do your best work. Basic Qualifications: Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions  Preferred Qualifications: 6-8 years of design experience at an agency, design company or related industry Demonstrative experience in leading workstreams within a larger project  Firm understanding of the differences between brand and campaign design responsibilities and processes UX/UI design understanding (ability to balance aesthetic with functionality and usability) Proven capability in collaborating with developers through a project from  wireframe/planning to QC Packaging design at a fundamental to mid-level  Ability to work independently  Excellent design taste and sensibility  Expert proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, (adobe) and Figma Exceptional organizational and planning skills, including exacting attention to detail and follow-through Communicates and manages expectations with senior leadership and team.  Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A working knowledge of emerging AI-driven workflows alongside traditional tools like Adobe Suite and Figma Motion design capabilities is a plus To submit please email [email protected]
