Nothing builds character quite like getting out-pitched by a middle schooler. Sunday hosted Girls’ Day last week, and honestly, we’re all a little scared for our jobs now. 💃👭 We thought we were just giving them a fun behind-the-scenes look at how games are made. Instead, they speed-ran our play-testing, asked suspiciously sharp questions, used AI to bring their own game concepts to life, and pitched them with the confidence of people who have never before said “let’s circle back.” 🎮 Jokes aside, women are grossly underrepresented in tech and games. Days like this matter because talent doesn't just magically spawn (unlike some game bosses). Someone has to open the door early enough for young people to think: “Wait. I could do this." So, more girls in games? YES PLEASE! Big thanks to Varshitha, Valentina, Alice and the teams from applike group and adjoe who helped make this happen. 💪 But most importantly, the amazing girls who showed up to keep us on our toes. We're so inspired by them! (and secretly super intimidated 😅)
