This year marks the 20th anniversary of the inception of Suncorp’s Graduate Program, one that has seen hundreds of graduates hired since that time. The popularity and success of the Program has continued to be recognised across the industry, with the organisation named a Top Graduate Employer at this year’s Seek Grad Top 100 Future Leaders Awards. Suncorp’s Graduate Talent Lead, Kelly P., has worked on the program for over a decade to ensure it continued to meet the evolving needs of the business and the next generation of talent. “The program is also designed to provide exposure to roles that graduates may not have considered during their study – particularly in our risk and insurance streams where you don’t specifically study a degree in these fields.” Ms Pfeffer said.
