Be it Tier 1 or Tier 2 or Tier 3, one things that is way beyond everything "Your past success is not a guarantee for your future!" I have personally seen even IITians failing in life while someone from a Tier 3 college performing better than him. It is not about a college tag anymore what truly matters is the resilience, the ability to adapt, learn, and stand back up no matter what challenges may come your way, be it professionally or personally. Life demands that you prove yourself at every turn - Stay Hungry - Stay Consistent - Stay Grounded & keep moving ahead! College tags after a few years just go away!
