🤖 I participated in a technical visit organized by the Robotics and Automation Club to the Kütahya facility of MARTUR, one of the leading suppliers in automotive seat production. Founded in 1986 to produce molded foam, Martur operates globally in the automotive industry. During the visit, I observed seat systems for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as integrated fabric and seat structures, on site. During the technical visit, I gained detailed information about the production processes of the rigid foam, plastic profile & block foam, lining, yarn, textile, headrest, cutting, and cover manufacturing departments. I also observed automation solutions and process management practices used in the production lines.
