Sun Pharma has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Organon, a US-headquartered global healthcare company. This strategic move will strengthen our Innovative Medicines and Branded Generics portfolio, while establishing a leading position in biosimilars, accelerating our transformation into a global pharmaceutical company. Upon successful completion of the transaction, Sun Pharma is expected to be among the top 25 global pharmaceutical companies, with combined revenues of approximately US$ 12.4 billion.
