We’re excited to welcome John Connor and Reagan Stith to Summit.    John has worked with us previously as an intern, and we're pleased to see him transition into a full-time role.    He shared, “I have a strong commitment to my family and community, and I'm grateful to continue my journey with the team.”   Reagan joins us looking to collaborate and cultivate lasting relationships.    She shared, “My family is also a huge source of motivation for me.
