From being a participant last year to returning as a trainer this year, the journey at Monteria Village, Khalapur was truly special..!! Beyond strategies and gameplay, what stood out was the emphasis on values such as teamwork, discipline, punctuality, leadership and cleanliness all of which are true reflections of professional excellence. With the support of our Director Vijay T Raisinghani, PhD , Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research Teaching & Non Teaching Faculty and Sr. HR Team we engaged 198 students in activities I sincerely thank Dr. Seema Sant Ma'am for entrusting 14 senior HR students with this opportunity to gain such practical, hands-on exposure to training.
